Founded in 2012 through the merger of two established HR consulting practices, People Partners brings together over 25 years’ experience in delivering people-focused, compliance-aligned solutions.

Our story is one of relationships – built on trust, service and responsiveness, and a genuine commitment to excellence and helping businesses and people thrive.

These principles are shared by the founding partners, Thea Marais, Nola Erasmus, and Grant Seton Smith, who are united by a shared purpose to add value, make a meaningful difference, and deliver expertise that solves real business challenges.

In 2023, we expanded our footprint and expertise through the acquisition of Human Alliance and the creation of the Growthcurve Group.

This strategic move broadened our reach and enabled us to offer clients a wider range of integrated HR services – including specialist Labour Consulting, Payroll Management, Employment Equity Consulting, Skills Development, and Training – strengthening our ability to provide comprehensive people solutions and workplace support from high-level strategy to hands-on implementation.
