Kelly is an HR and B-BBEE Administrator with a strong foundation in people-focused processes and compliance support. She plays a key role in assisting with B-BBEE data capturing, HR and employment equity administration, and skills development reporting. With a BA in Psychological Counselling (Cum Laude), she brings a deep understanding of human behaviour into her work, combining empathy with efficiency. Kelly is currently pursuing her Diploma in Human Resources Management and is passionate about contributing to ethical, well-structured workplace environments.
