Michelle is an experienced and versatile HR Consultant with over 30 years of generalist and specialist consulting experience across a wide range of industries, including telecommunications, electronics, automotive, financial services, manufacturing, e-commerce, and clothing. She holds a BA Honours in Psychology from the University of Port Elizabeth.

One of the Human Alliance’s first employees in 2001, Michelle has worked with businesses of all sizes, from global corporates to agile start-ups, and brings a grounded, people-first approach to every engagement. Her areas of expertise span employee relations, talent management, remuneration, compliance, and leadership development.
