Nicosha brings a wealth of experience and an interesting, diverse background to her role as a B-BBEE Consultant. She is a qualified Chemical Engineer turned B-BBEE Analyst. In addition to her BSc degree, she also holds an MDP in B-BBEE from Wits University and an Internal Auditing & Quality Management qualification. Over the years, she has successfully combined her technical expertise, process and project management knowledge and her strong analytical skills to help clients achieve their B-BBEE goals.

Her career includes serving as the in house B-BBEE Analyst and Transformation Analyst for Mpact Limited, as well as the Verification Manager and Technical Signatory for a B-BBEE Rating Agency. This gives her valuable insight from both the consulting and verification perspectives.
