As a co-founder of People Partners and founding member of Growthcurve Group, Thea Marais brings over three decades of HR, Labour Law and transformation experience to the table. In her role as Managing Director, Thea’s vision and leadership have shaped People Partners’ mission: to provide exceptional service and deliver strategic HR and B-BBEE solutions that create meaningful, measurable business value and impact.

With a strong foundation in HR systems, HR policy frameworks, labour Law and B-BBEE, Thea helps clients align their people practices with long-term growth strategies. She is particularly passionate about championing people, performance and purpose and evolving HR from a compliance function to a strategic driver of culture, growth, and effective and fair leadership.
